Created using stabilized groats, once the stabilization process has occurred, these oats are then processed through equipment to flatten them and create the flake shape. Rolled oats fall in the middle of our oat density scale, positioning themselves between steel cut oats and quick oats. They have a faster cooking time than steel cut oats and are incredibly popular among our customers. These oats are highly versatile and can be used in various ways, including as a key ingredient in natural beverages, nutritional bars, or cosmetics!
